Italy is a land of many landforms and natural resources.
*The Alps are on the north of Italy, and the Apennine Mountains spread along the backbone of Italy.

- About 30% of Italy is plains and some low marshy areas.
- Italy is a boot shaped pennisula that boots into the Mediterranean Sea.
- People call it "The Boot" or "The Land of Mountains."
- Like I said before, the Alps and the Apennine mountains are landmarks.

- Coal, mercury, zinc, fish, marble, potash, etc.

- Sicily
- Napoli (Naples)
